人工养殖条件下红瘰疣螈的生命现象研究

Biological Phenomenon of Tylototriton verrucosus under the Condition of Artificial Breeding

摘要: 为研究人工养殖条件下红瘰疣螈的生命现象特点,对云南省普洱市墨江县、德宏州潞西市、保山市腾冲县、临沧市凤庆县和玉溪市新平县5个地区的红瘰疣螈样本进行了人工养殖观察研究,并走访了各样本来源地区护林员和当地居民、参阅相关文献.结果显示,红瘰疣螈生长比较缓慢,均会出现蜕皮现象.不同地区样本在相同养殖条件下会出现差异性,如生长状况及食物要求有一定差异性,蜕皮时间和蜕皮量上也有一定的差异性.

Abstract: In order to study the characteristic biological phenomenon of Tylototriton verrucosus under the condition of artificial breeding, T. verrucost samples under condition of artificial breeding in Mojiang County of Pu'er City, Luxi City of Dehong State, Tengchong County of Baoshan City, Fengqing County of Lincang City and Xinping County of Yuxi City were observed, meanwhile forest rangers and local residents in above areas were visited, reading related literature. The survey showed that the T. verrucosus grew slowly, and all of them had the phenomenon of exuviation. The samples from different areas under the same breeding condition would have difference, such as, growth condition, food requirement, the time and the amount of exuviation.
