不同处理方法对马蔺种子萌发的影响

Effects of Different Treatment Methods on Seed Germination of Iris lactea Pall.

摘要: 由于马蔺种子的种皮具有机械物理阻碍,因此,其具有深度休眠的特性,正常情况下很难发芽.试验采用热水、碾压、酸蚀、碱蚀等方法处理马蔺种子的种皮.试验结果表明,碾压处理、酸蚀处理、碱蚀处理对种子萌发具有显著效果(P<0.05),其中以碱蚀处理种子20h为最佳.

Abstract: Because the seed coat of Iris lactea Pall. had mechanical and physical obstacles,it had the characteristics of deep dormancy and it was difficult to germinate under normal circumstances. The seed coat of L lactea was treated by hot water treatment ,roller compaction, acid etching and alkaline etching and other method. The results showed that roller compaction, acid etching and alkaline etching had a significant effect on seed germination (P〈0.05). The best treatment method was alkaline etching for 20 h.
