摘要: 为了强化大学生综合素质培养,提高本科学生的实践创新能力,在食品质量与安全专业学生的培养过程中.探索了从实验教学、学生科研创新、实践基地建设和师资队伍等方面提升学生实践创新能力培养的思路。并建立了科学、高效的食品质量与安全专业学生实践创新能力的培养途径,从而达到提高学生创新素质与创新能力的目的。

Abstract: To strengthen college students' comprehensive quality and develop their innovative ability, reformation in the process of cultivating students of food quality and safety were explored, especially in the area of the thinking for improving students' practical innovation ability from the experimental teaching, students' scientific research iLnnovation, practice base construction and teaching staff,furthermore a scientific and efficient food quality and safety of the major ways for the cultivation of the students' practical ability to innovate was established.
