枸杞多糖的生理功能及其在动物生产中应用的研究进展

摘要: 枸杞多(Lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharide,LBP)是枸杞中的重要有效成分。是一种由6种单糖(Ara、Clc、Gal、Man、Xyl和Rha)组成的水溶性多糖,富含多种微量元素和氨基酸,具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗血栓、抗衰老等功效。因此,LBP作为一种新型的绿色饲料添加剂将在动物生产中具有良好的发展前景。对LBP的生理功能及其在动物生产中的作用进行了综述。

Abstract: Wolfberry polysaccharides (lycium barbarum polysaccharide, LBP) is an important active ingredient in wolfberry, and is a water-soluble polysaccharide which includes six monosaccharide like Ara, Clc, Gal, Man, Xyl and Rha. LBP is rich in trace elements and amino acids, and has some functions of enhancing immunity, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure, anti-thrombotic and anti-aging effects. Therefore, as a new type of green feed additives in animal production, LBP has good prospect in animal production. The physiological function and role in animal production of LBP were summarized.
