Abstract: The supervision status of quality safety of China＇s agricultural products was analyzed from four aspects of the setting and responsibilities of quality safety supervision organizations, the system of laws and regulations, inspection and testing system and market access system of China＇s agricultural products. And the existing problems in the supervision of quality safety of China＇s agricultural products were pointed out. And some measures and suggestions were put forward for perfecting the supervision system of quality safety of China＇ s agricultural products, so as to provide references for the supervision of quality safety of China＇ s agricultural products.
