不同浓度G418对绵羊耳成纤维细胞的影响

Effects of Different Concentrations of G418 on Ear Fibroblast Cells of Sheep

摘要: 旨在探寻10~14 d内G418致死绵羊耳成纤维细胞的最低浓度。试验设定了100~1000μg/mL的10个G418浓度梯度,加入绵羊耳成纤维细胞培养体系内,培养14 d。结果表明,当G418浓度为200~400μg/mL时,在10~14 d内能致死全部绵羊耳成纤维细胞。

Abstract: In order to find the lowest concentration of G418 to kill ear fibroblast cells of sheep from 10 days to 14 days, effects of G418 of 10 concentrations at 100-1 000 μg/mL on ear fibroblast cells of sheep were studied. Results showed that the G418 at 200-400μg/mL could kill all ear fibroblast cells of sheep from 10 days to 14 days.
