摘要: 随着分子生物学的发展,单链抗体作为一种小分子基因工程抗体,在理论和应用方面的研究引起了广泛的关注,其在显像定位诊断、靶向治疗和参与细胞免疫等方面展示出了可观的应用前景.对单链抗体的结构及特点、制备技术及其应用等进行了综述,以期能够为单链抗体的进一步深入研究和应用提供理论基础.

Abstract: With the development of molecular biology, the theoretical and application studies on single-chain antibody as a micro-molecule antibody prepared by genetic engineering have attracted wide attentions. And it showed considerable application prospects in imaging localization and diagnosis, targeted therapy and cellular immunity. The structure, characteristics and preparation technology of single-chain antibody as well as its applications were reviewed, so as to provide theoretical foundation for further study on single-chain antibody and its applications.
