摘要: 壳聚糖具有特殊的生物学活性,作为饲料添加剂使用时对畜禽安全、无毒副作用,因此被研究者认为可以作为替代抗生素的选择之一。综述了近年来关于壳聚糖影响禽类脂质代谢的研究进展,以期为壳聚糖饲料添加剂的开发和利用提供参考。

Abstract: Chitosan has extensive and particular biological activity. When used as a feed additive, it is safe and non-toxic for livestock and poultry. Additionally, chitosan is considered as an alternative to antibiotics. Effects of chitosan on lipid metabolism in poultry and the underlying mechanism are reviewed in this article, so as to provide references for the development and application of chitosan feed additive.
