摘要: 蒲公英多糖是一种重要的功能活性物质,为了找到最优的蒲公英多糖的提取方法,列举了热水浸提法、酶解法、超声波法、微波法以及超滤法等蒲公英多糖主要提取方法,通过进一步优化参数,完善实验操作,为扩大其提取规模,实现产业化生产提供理论依据。

Abstract: Taraxacum mongolicum polysaccharide is an important substance with extensive biological activity. In order to determine its optimal extraction process, we herein introduce the most commonly used extraction methods, including hot water extraction method, enzymatic hydrolysis method, ultrasonic method, microwave method and ultrafiltration method. The extraction process can be improved by parameters optimization and experimental operation perfection. This review provides theoretical basis for the expansion of extraction scale and realization of industrial production of Taraxacum mongolicum polysaccharide.
