Development and Innovation of a Pushing Piece Dripping Pen Used in Blood Smear Preparation

摘要: 在血液涂片的制作过程中,从敞口瓶中直接获取血液,由于操作不便,经常出现失误而导致推片的失败。为了克服现有技术的不足,研制出了血液涂片推片滴笔,该血液涂片推片滴笔主要由笔体、滴头和推板组件三部分组成。其中,滴头设置在笔体的开口处,滴头远离笔体一端的内径为0.2-0.3 mm;推板组件包括固定套和固定在固定套上的推板,固定套套在笔体底部。由于采用滴头进行血液的滴取,滴加量容易控制,而且使用方便;采用固定套套在笔体上的推板结构,可以更好地实现推片操作,且便于更换,确保了教学和实验过程有序进行。

Abstract: Currently,in the process of blood smears preparation, the blood samples are directly obtained from the open bottle. Due to the inconvenience of operation, mistakes are often made and the operation of pushing piece always fails. In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology, a pushing piece dripping pen used in blood smear preparation is developed in this study which consists of three parts including pen body, dripping head and the pushing plate components. The dripping head is set on the opening of the pen body with an inner diameter of 0.2-0.3 mm. The pushing plate components consist of a fixing sleeve and a pushing plate which is fixed in the fixing sleeve, and the fixing sleeve is set on the bottom of the pen body. Because the dripping of the blood samples is made by using dripping head, the dripping volume is easy to control and the operation is convenient. The structure of the pushing component being sleeve-connected to the pen body makes it easier to perform piece pushing and is convenient to be replaced. The application of the developed device provides assurance for the performance of teaching and experiment.
