摘要: 桑叶黄酮具有降血糖、抗氧化、增强酶活力等作用。对桑叶黄酮的组成成分、提取工艺和功能进行综述,以期为促进畜牧业可持续发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: Mulberry leaves flavonoids have hypoglycemic effect and antioxidant activity and can also enhance enzyme activity.The composition, extraction technology and function of flavonoids from mulberry leaves are reviewed in this paper, in hoping to provide theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
