糖蜜尿素复合处理玉米芯对肉牛生产性能及血液生化指标影响的研究

Research on Effects of Corncob Treated with Molasses and Urea on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Beef Cattle

摘要: 为了探究糖蜜尿素处理玉米芯对肉牛生产性能及血液生化指标的影响,选择体况良好、体重相近的育肥牛24头,平均分为试验组和对照组,试验组饲喂经糖蜜尿素复合处理的玉米芯,对照组饲喂干玉米芯。饲喂试验时间为70 d,预试期10 d,正试期60 d。试验结束时,测定并比较试验组和对照组育肥牛的主要生产性能指标及血液生化指标。结果表明,经糖蜜尿素复合处理的玉米芯粗蛋白含量极显著高于未经处理的干玉米芯(P<0.01),且中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量低于未处理的干玉米芯;试验组肉牛的日增重达到1.55 kg/头,比对照组提高30.25%,二者之间差异显著(P<0.05);试验组肉牛的血清尿素氮含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶含量与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组的育肥收益比对照组多399.58元/头。综上提示,糖蜜尿素复合处理能够提高玉米芯的营养价值;饲喂经糖蜜尿素复合处理的玉米芯能够提高肉牛的生产性能和育肥效益,对肉牛健康无不良影响。

Abstract: In order to assess the effects of corncob treated with molasses and urea on production performance and blood biochemical indices of beef cattle, a total of 24 healthy beef cattle were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, including one control group fed with dry corncob and one treatment group fed with corncob treated with molasses and urea. The experiment lasted for 70 days, including 10 days of pre-experiment, and the 60 days of formal experiment. At the end of the experiment, the indexes associated with growth performance and blood biochemistry of the beef cattle were determined and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the crude protein content of corncob treated with molasses and urea was significantly higher than that of untreated dry corncob, and the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber is lower than that of untreated dry corncob; the average daily gain of treatment group reached up to 1.55 kg, which which was 30.25% higher than that of the control group, and was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05); The content of serum urea nitrogen in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences in total serum protein, albumin, globulin, creatinine and alanine aminotransferase(P〉0.05);the profit of each beef cattle in the experimental group was 399.58 yuan more than the control group. Taken together, we concluded that the nutritional value of corn cob could be improved by compound treatment of molasses and urea; beef cattle fed with corncob treated with molasses and urea can improve the production performance and fattening efficiency of beef cattle, and had no adverse effects on beef cattle health.
