秋眠级不同的紫花苜蓿苗期耐热性评价

Evaluation on Heat-resistance of Varieties of Purple-flower Alfalfa with Fall Dormancy Classes at Seedling Stage

摘要: 选择具有代表性并能真实地反映植物耐热性的多项指标对4种秋眠级不同的紫花苜蓿品种苗期耐热性进行综合评价。热害指数及恢复指数的分析结果表明,WL~525HQ耐热性较强,而WL-232HQ耐热性较差;采用隶属函数分析结果显示,4个紫花苜蓿品种的耐热性顺序为:WL-525HQ〉WL-414HQ〉WL-323HQ〉WL-232HQ,秋眠级高的紫花苜蓿品种耐热性较强。

Abstract: Multi-indexes, which can representatively reflect plant Heat-resistance, were applied to valuate the heat-resistance of 4 varieties alfalfa with different fall dormancy classes in this experiment. The results of heat injury and recovery index showed that WL- 525HQ is higher, and WL-232HQ is poorer in heat-resistance. Based on the analysis of subjection function, the order of heat-resistance for the 4 alfalfa varieties were arrayed as the following: WL-525HQ〉WL-414HQ〉WL-323HQ〉WL-232HQ, the varieties with high class of fall dormancy performed higher heat-resistance.
