γ-干扰素ELISA法检测江西省宜春市肉牛场结核病流行情况

Epidemiological Investigation of Tuberculosis in Beef Cattle Farms in Yichun of Jiangxi Province by γ-interferon ELISA

摘要: 江西省宜春市肉牛规模化养殖场发展迅速,肉牛结核病一旦蔓延将造成巨大经济损失。为掌握宜春市某规模化肉牛养殖场结核病的感染情况,采用γ-干扰素ELISA检测方法对该养殖场的300余头肉牛进行随机抽检。结果表明,随机抽取的30头肉牛样品的阳性检出率为3.33%。其中,所调查的2个年龄段的肉牛群中,以12月龄以上的肉牛群阳性检出率最高,为6.67%。在春、夏两季节调查的牛群中,春季阳性检出率最高,为6.67%。数据表明,该牛场结核病的免疫效果较差,须加强防控措施。

Abstract: The large-scale breeding farms of beef cattle in Yichun area have developed rapidly,and the prevalence of tuberculosis in beef cattle population may cause huge economic losses.In order to understand the infection status of tuberculosis in a large-scale beef cattle farm in Yichun area,more than 300 beef cattle in this farm were randomly sampled and tested by γ-interferon ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of the randomly selected beef cattle samples was 3.33%.Higher positive rate (6.67%) of tuberculosis was both observed in the beef cattle population older than 12 months and the population tested in spring.The data show that the vaccine efficacy against tuberculosis in this cattle farm is poor,and effective prevention and control measures are urgently needed.
