穿梅三黄散质量标准提升研究

摘要: [目的]提升穿梅三黄散的质量标准。[方法]采用显微鉴别法对制剂中大黄、黄芩、黄柏、穿心莲和乌梅进行显微特征鉴别;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对大黄和黄柏进行定性鉴别。[结果]大黄、黄芩、黄柏、穿心莲和乌梅显微特征明显;大黄TLC准确度、重现性良好,黄柏TLC效果不佳。[结论]该鉴别方法简便,重复性佳,可用于穿梅三黄散的质量标准提升。

Abstract: [Objective] To improve the quality standard of Chuanmei Sanhuang powder. [Method] Microscopic identification method was used to perform the microscopic characteristics identification of Rheum palmatum, Scutellaria baicalensis, Phellodendron amurense, Andrographis paniculate and Armeniaca mume. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was employed for qualitative identification of Rheum palmatum and Phellodendron amurense. [Result] Rheum palmatum, Scutellaria baicalensis, Phellodendron amurense, Andrographis paniculate and Armeniaca mume had obvious microscopic characteristics. High accuracy and good repeatability of Rheum palmatum in TLC assay was observed, while Phellodendron amurense had unsatisfactory performance. [Conclusion] The established identification method is simple, and has a good repeatability, which can be used to improve the quality standard of Chuanmei Sanhuang powder.
