鹅GnRH基因5′端调控区单核苷酸多态性分析

Analysis of the Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in the 5' Regulating Region of Goose GnRH Gene

摘要: 运用PCR-SSCP方法对皖西白鹅GnRH基因5'端调控区进行多态性检测。结果表明,GnRH基因5'端调控区存在3个SNP位点,分别为GnRH基因5'端调控区的-192位置存在G/C转换的多态性位点、-206位置存在A/T转换的多态位点、-417位置存在T/G转换的多态性位点。

Abstract: The polymorphism in 5'regulatory region of Wanxi white goose GnRH gene was detected by PCR-SSCP. The results showed that,there were three SNP loci in the 5'regulatory region of GnRH gene,that is,G changed to C at-192 nt,A changed to T at-206 nt,and T changed to G at-417 nt.
