Analysis on the Expression of mRNA Coded by Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15 Gene in Different Tissues of Cattle

摘要: 由于BMP15基因对卵泡发育、优势卵泡的选择及排卵等雌性生殖过程的许多环节都起着关键作用,因此该研究应用RT-PCR技术检测了BMP15基因mRNA在蒙古牛卵巢、子宫、输卵管和肾脏组织中的表达情况。结果表明,BMP15基因在这4种组织中均有表达,只是在不同组织中的表达丰度不同,蒙古牛BMP15基因在卵巢组织中的mRNA水平极显著高于子宫组织(P〈0.01),显著高于肾脏组织(P〈0.05);说明BMP15基因在卵巢和输卵管中高度表达,在子宫和肾脏组织中表达丰度较低。

Abstract: BMP15 gene played an important role on many links of the reproductive process of female such as follicular development,selection of advantage follicular and ovulation,so the expression status of mRNA coded by BMP15 gene in ovary,uterus,oviduct and kidney of Mongolian cattle was detected by RT-PCR technology in this research. The results showed that BMP15 gene was expressed in all the 4 tissues,but its expression abundances in different tissues were different. The mRNA level of BMP15 gene in the ovary of Mongolian cattle was extremely significantly higher than that in their uterus (P〈0.01)and significantly higher than that in their kidneys (P〈0.05). It was indicated that the expression abundance of BMP15 gene was higher in ovary and oviduct and lower in uterus and kidney.
