摘要: 试验主要研究了3个方面内容:①不回潮烘干法、回潮烘干法和风干法测定饲料中初水分时.测定结果组间差异均不显著,但不回潮烘干法测定结果平均值较集中,重复性最好;②CP、EE和粗灰分分析时,饲料样应粉碎通过0-45mm(40目)的分析筛,粗纤维测定时应粉碎饲料样让乒通过1.00mm(18目)网筛;③CF测定灰化过程很重要,是CF测定时一个必不可少的环节。

Abstract: The study was make up of three part:the initial water contain was determined by unresurgence drying, resurgence drying and air-dry method, the result showed that there were no difference among them, but the average value was concentrated in unresurgenee drying and the repeatability was the best one. In CP, EE and Ash, feed samples should be smashed and pass bouh of 0.45 mm. In CF, samples should smash and pass bouh of 1.0 mm, and feed samples cremated is avery important and indispensable process.
