试验性高尿酸血症鸡的血清学检测与研究

Serology Test on Experimental Hyperuricemia Chicken

摘要: 试验选取50日龄的“淮南麻鸡”公鸡80只,随机分成4组,每组20只。分别饲喂高蛋白饲料(A组)、高钙饲料(B组)、高钙高蛋白饲料(C组)和常规饲料(D组)。所有试验鸡均自由饮食。分别于试验的0,14,28,42d经翅静脉进行采血,分离血清,用于测定血清尿酸等各项生化指标水平。试验结果表明:血尿酸值增加速度和幅度依次为C组〉A组〉B组〉D组。

Abstract: 50-day-old Huainan Spotted chicken were selected in the study and randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 in each group. They were respectively fed high-protein diet (group A), high calcium diet (group B ), high calcium and high-protein diet (group C ) and normal diet (group D). At 0,14,28 and 42 d, the serum was isolated by vein blood from theses chickens,and biochemical indexes were determined. The result showed that the increasing speed and extent of hyperuricemia is as following: group C〉 group A〉group B〉 group D.
