高职院校就业指导课程模式探析

摘要: 就业教育课程改革的核心思想在于重新建立课程文化。新的课程文化,能够更好地提高学生的心理健康、社会交往和就业、创业方面的能力,就业指导应该贯穿于学生在校学习的整个过程。高职院校就业指导课程模式是:第一学期,进行职业生涯规划教育;第二学期,进行心理健康教育;第三学期,进行社交礼仪教育;第四学期,进行就业和创业教育;第五和第六学期,进行职场教育和职业个性化指导。这6个学期相互贯通,有机连接,形成全程化的就业指导课程模式,使学生能够更好地实现就业。

Abstract: The core thinking to the reform of employment guiding course lies in reconstruction of course culture.New course culture can improve student's mental health,society communication and ability in employment,hence employment guiding should be penetrated into the whole process of learning.We practice the model of employment guiding course:vocational career should be schemed in the first term,education of mental health should be made in the second term,the education of society intercourse in the third term,employment education in the fourth term,and vocational field and guiding of vocational individuation should be educated in the fifth and sixth term respectively.If they can be fused into the integration organically,and form the model of employment guiding course,it will make students employed.
