Abstract: It is impossible to abolish the sheep rearing manner of dispersion now,restrictions and rejection to small raisers is a long process.In the future,policy and financial support should be given to sheep raisers who have a certain scale,the protection consciousness in environment and understanding of the operation and management,and it should guide them for expanding the raising scale and standardization of culture gradually.Systematic innovation should be adopted to lead the sheep industry into a high-yield,efficient,ecological,and secure direction with a large scale and high standardization,along the trace of the sheep backyard farmers,family farm or stock farm.
