分光光度法测定小蓟及其小蓟炭总黄酮含量

Determination of The Total Content of Flavonoid in Herba cirsii and Herba cirsii Carbonisatus by Spectrophotometry

摘要: 采用分光光度法测定小蓟及小蓟炭中总黄酮含量。试验得出线性回归方程,线性范围为0.008-0.048mg/mL,平均回收率为98.9%。试验结果说明,该方法可靠,测定结果能反映客观实际,可以作为小蓟及小蓟炭饮片质量标准之一。

Abstract: In the study, the total content of flavonoid in Herba cirsii and Herba cirsii carbonisatus was determined by spectrophotometry. The result indicated that the regression equation was achieved, the linear correlation was from 0.008 to 0.048 mg/mL, the average recovery was 98.9%. The conclusion could be made that the method is scientific, and which could be used as one of standards to evaluate the quality of Herba cirsii and Herba cirsii carbonisatus.
