摘要: 以高职教育思想为指导,从精选优化微生物实验教学内容、合理编排微生物实验顺序、改革实验教学方法、改革微生物实验评价体系等方面对微生物实验教学进行了大量有益的探索与尝试。在完成微生物实验教学的过程中,注重学生动手能力、分析和解决问题的能力等综合能力的培养,激发了学生的学习兴趣和热情。实践证明,这样的改革措施可有效地提高微生物实验教学质量,更符合高职人才培养的目标。

Abstract: With the senior high vocational education thought as instruction,a lot of useful exploration was conducted by carefully selecting excellent contents of microorganism experiments,reasonably arranging order of the experiments,reforming teaching methods of the experiments,and reforming evaluation systems of the microbiological experiments.In the process of the microbiological experiments,attention was paid to enhancing the comprehensive abilities of students such as practical ability and ability to analyze and solve problems and to initiating their interest and enthusiasm in study.Practice has proved that such reform measures can effectively improve teaching quality of the microbiological experiments,which can meet targets of senior high vocational colleges.
