摘要: 突变是研究和分离生物功能基因的重要技术手段。着重介绍了农杆菌介导的T-DNA插入突变原理、研究现状、载体类型、特点、存在问题及其可行性。

Abstract: As a important technique,gene mutation has been used to study and isolate important genes.Agrobacterium tumefaciens has the ability to transfer DNA to plant cells by genetic engineering,its modifications have extended the host range from plants to bacterium and fungi.Hence,Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated gene mutation is one of the mutation methods widely used in the last several years.In the article,the principle of the mediation,the research situation,vector types,existed problems and its feasibility all were introduced.
