Teaching Reforms and Exploration of Food Microbiology Experiments in Vocational Colleges

摘要: 分析了《食品微生物学》实验教学过程中存在的一些问题,依据高职教育特点,进一步总结了《食品微生物学》实验教学改革的措施和思路,在改革传统的重理论、轻实践教学模式的基础上,加强了实验教学、实验内容、考核方法的改革,为培养学生实验操作技能和加强同行之间的交流学习提供了参考。

Abstract: Some problems about teaching Food Microbiology experiments were analyzed.According to characteristics of vocational education,measures and ideas for teaching reform of Food Microbiology experiments were summarized.Based on traditional teaching model that pays attention to theory and ignores practice,reform of experiments,content and assessment methods should be strengthened.This study may provide a reference for cultivating operational skills of students and promoting exchanges between peers.
