摘要: 生物活性肽以其独特的吸收机制、极强的活性和多样性成为国内外研究的热点,其分离与分析技术是生物技术实现产业化的重中之重。高效液相色谱法以其重复性好、分辨率高等优势成为最有效、最常用的方法。主要介绍了高效液相色谱技术在多肽类物质分离、分析上的应用。
Abstract: The unique absorption,high activity and diversity of bioactive peptide arouse people's interest in application.It is significant to study the separation and analyses of polypeptides so as contribute to industrialization.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is the effective and normal method because of its good repeatability and high resolution ratio.This paper mainly introduced the application of HPLC in the separation and analysis of polypeptides.
