饲料中水分含量测定方法的探讨

Discussion on Content Determination Method of Water in Feed

摘要: 采用国标GB/T6435-1986测定法、国标GB/T6435-2006测定法、SH10A快速测定法对20种饲料进行了测定,并对试验结果进行了分析。结果显示,3种测定法对水分测定结果无显著影响,国标GB/T6435-1986测定法耗时较长,SH10A快速测定法测定时间迅速,但易受外界因素影响。综合考虑,国标GB/T6435-2006测定法在生产一线操作更为理想。

Abstract: The content of water in 20 kinds of feeds were determined by using GB/T 6435-1986 determination method, GB/T 6435-2006 determination method and SH10A rapid determination method. Results showed that the three determination methods had no significant effect on the content of water, among them GB/T 6435-1986 determination method needed a long time, and SHIOA rapid determination method could be affected by external factors although it can detect water content fast. Based on comprehensive consideration, it is considered that GB/T 6435-2006 determination method is most suitable for the front line of oroduction.
