摘要: 果汁饮料以其显著的解渴、营养、天然和保健特性越来越受消费者欢迎,是饮料的发展主流。果汁饮料的固有特性使得其对生产工艺、技术操作要求很高。采取随机抽样方式对北方果汁饮料进行了微生物检验,借以调查北方果汁饮料现状,并对果汁饮料在原辅料、生产工艺、生产环境、工人和设备等方面存在的问题进行了原因分析。

Abstract: Juice beverage getting more and more popular with nourishment,natural,and healthy care characteristic which leads the main trend of beverage market.It required highly in production process and technological operation because of its natural characteristics.Microbiological examination of juice beverage in northern China based on random sampling,in order to survey the present situation of beverage market in northern China,and get a cause analysis of existing problems of raw material and adjunct,production process,environment,workers and equipment.
