摘要: 在蛮汉山林区,新造林地长尾仓鼠(Cricetulus longicaudatus)和大林姬鼠(Apodemus speciosus)为优势种,分别占总捕获鼠数的53.85%和38.46%;次生林地大林姬鼠为优势种,占总捕获鼠数的95.24%。应用C型肉毒素和新鲜的花生米为饵料,在PVC管中投放毒饵,林区鼠害防治后,防治区害鼠密度显著低于对照区(F=6.46,P〈0.05),经Spearman相关分析,灭鼠效果与毒饵取食率呈显著正相关关系(P〈0.05)。C型肉毒素在2个林地均具有较好的适口性和防治效果,可在林区灭鼠中推广应用。
