Abstract: In order to reduce errors in the production process to the minimum level and prevent to cause cross contamination and confusion, the production process must have a program of clearance. Therefore, the content of clearance should aim at every aspect of production activity. The purpose of clearance was introduced, and the working contents of clearance were summarized, mainly containing five aspects of human, machine, material, method and link.
