Abstract: The aim was to analyze significant factors which impacted forage harvester＇s applicability through some tests. The test methods were based on GB/T 10394.3-2002 ＂The Test Methods of Forage Harvester＂. According to the variance analysis of the test data, it was found that the significant factors which impacted forage harvester＇s applicability uncommonly were crop＇s lodging conditions, vegetation coverage, vegetation types and planting patterns.
