Analysis of Common Nutritional Compositions and Mineral of Mutton Flavor Plant

Abstract: Seven kinds of mutton flavor plants among Ningxia tan sheep distribution areas including Ephedra sinica Stapf, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., Caragana korshinskii Kom., A llium victorialis L., Thymus mongolicus Ronn., Hedysarum scoparium Fisch., Lespedeza daurica (Laxm.)Schindl were collected, and the nutritional compositions and minerals were analyzed. The results showed that the seven mutton flavor plants had high crude protein and mineral contents, so it could meet animals' nutrition needs and good forages.
