Causative Analysis of Canine Constipation and Its Therapeutic Protocols of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract: Intestinal constipation,including idiopathic and secondary cases in clinic,is a commonly observed digestive tract disease in canine.The correct diagnosis and early therapy is decisive to the course and prognosis of this disease.We introduced the therapeutic protocols of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine:enema is applied in time to soften the excrement;acupuncture at related acupoint is used to improve the circling of Qi and blood in the meridians,so as to enhance the intestinal function.
