Abstract: Embryo culture in vitro is one of the basic techniques of animal embryo engineering,and it is also an important basis for embryo transfer.Because the early embryos are sensitive to environmental changes during in vitro culture,the success rate of early embryos developing to blastocysts is not high.Therefore,how to increase blastocyst rate has become the core problem in study concerning animal early embryos culture in vitro.In this paper,the research progress on culture environment of animal early embryo culture in vitro,the additive of embryo culture medium and the system of embryo culture in vitro were reviewed.Furthermore,some problems existing in embryo culture techniques in vitro were summarized,and the research of embryo culture in vitro was prospected.
