Abstract: In this study, the feed-use glucose tributyrate was synthesized using anhydrous dextrose as raw material through three reaction steps of benzaldehyde protection, esterification and removal of benzaldehyde protection. The optimized synthesis condition was as follows: DMF and DMAP was used as solvent and catalyst, respectively;the highest yield of compounds 2 (90.5%) was obtained when reacted with butyrate under room temperature;the chemical structure of the obtained intermediate and target products was identified by using 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The reaction steps designed in this study has the advantages of cheap and easy to get catalyst, mild reaction conditions, easy operation and suitability for mass production.
