Abstract: The extraction technology of soluble polysaecharides isolated from Tricholoma mongolicum were studied in this paper. Single factor test was applied to analyze the effects of solid-liquid ratio, temperature, time and repeated extract times on the extraction percentage of the soluble polysaccharides. The results indicated that the temperature and solid-liquid ratio were the main factors which 'affect the extraction rate of the soluble polysaccharides. The optimum solid-liquid ratio was1:50, the temperature was 85 , the extraction time was 2 h and was extracted twice. The contents of polysaccharides in the two samples (Tr-Sea and Tr-12) were 6.63 % and 6.40 %, respectively.
