Abstract: The main physiological and biochemical indexes of 30 adult Cashmere goats from Zhandanzhaosumu were determined in the trial. The results showed the contents of RBC, WBC and Hb respectively were 14.80×10^12/L, 10.81×10^9/L, 81.73 g/L. The contents of Lymphocyte,Basophil,Acidophilic cell and monocytes respectively were 56.13 %, 0.64 %, 4.50 %, 3.61%; The contents of TP, ALB, serum globulin （G）, A/G, BUN, GOT, GPT and AKP respectively were 54.28 g/L, 34.57 g/L, 19.70 g/L, 2. 13 g/L, 2.64 mmol/L, 53.94 IU/ L, 19.79 IU/L and 54.26 U/100 mL.
