RNA interference is an evolutionarily conserved defense mechanisms to resist transgenic genes and alien virus, it lies in many different species of organisms, and can transfer between organisms cells with the effect of resisting virus invasion and maintaining genome stahility. RNA interference library is based on RNA interference technology with the feature of the simplicity, efficiency, large- scale and high throughput, can be used in large scale screening of gene function and phenotype screening. Research and application of RNA interference as an extremely important theoretical and practical significance of the medical biology will have a profound impact on development.

The production records of 21 569 Arbas cashmere goats during from 1997 to 2007 were collected, the variance analysis was made by using GLM program of SARS 9.0 software, and multiple comparison of main effect was carried out with Duncan methods to determinate effects of nine non-genetic factors (tested year, sex, age, mother age, birth type, birth month, weaned age, birth order and field) on 5 traits of producing cashmere (cashmere yield, cashmere fineness, body weight, cashmere and length). The results indicated that there were significant effects of the tested year, field, age and mother age on the all traits of cashmere goats (P〈0.05). Except for cashmere fineness, the sex significantly affected the cashmere yield and body weight after producing cashmere (/9〈0.05), specifically it had markedly significant effects on cashmere thick and wool length(P〈O.01 ). The birth order had a significant effects on cashmere yield, wool length and early growth traits (P〈0.05); the birth type had a significant effect on degree of cashmere fineness and body weight after producing cashmere (P〉0.05); the birth month had a significant influences on cashmere yield(P〈0.05 ).

A pair of primers were designed for amplification of Brucella omp31 genes according to the reported of Brucella omp31 genes complete sequence. omp31 genes were amplified from 3 different Brucella strains by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and the PCR products were cloned into pMDI9-T vector and sequences were analyzed. The results showed nucleotide sequences in homology among 3 different Brucella isolates omp31 genes were 100.0 %. Nucleotide sequence in homology was 100.0 % between the three isolates genes and Brucella suis 1330, Brucella ceti B14/94 and Brucella neotomae 5K33, its homology was 99.0 % compared with omp31 gene of Brucella canis RM6/ 66, Brucella melitensis 183 and Brucella melitensis 16M, but the homology between the obtained and Brucella ovis ATCC25840 was the lowest, only 98.8 %.

Second, PCR products were cloned and sequenced. The result showed that the length of gE gene was 1 793 bp among the sequence of 2 086 bp including the whole open reading frame of 1 728 bp, and its amino acids was 576. The result of Blast showed that gE gene of NM06 strain in homology was ranged from 99.3 % to 99.9 % compared with four strains of bovine herpes virus 1.1 (BHV-1.1), the homology of nucleotide sequences of gE gene among NM06 strain with two strains of BHV-I.1 were 99.5 % and 99.6 % respectively. In phylogenetic tree, NM06 strain and BHV-I.1 virus strain belong to the same evolutionary branch, but BHV-1.2 BH83 strain belongs to another evolutionary branch, therefore IBRV NM06 isolates was presumed as type of BHV-l.lbovine herpes virus 1.1. In addition, nucleotide sequences of gE gene of NM06 strain in homology was 82.9 % compared with bovine herpes virus type 5 N569 strain, and 72.6 % compared with Cervid herpes virus type2 Norway 4.

In the cell biology aspect, the diagnosis of CD was mainly depended on virus isolation and culture, artificial replication experiment, election microscope examination, inclusion body examination, specific antigen and antibody examination and so on. Along with the development of molecular biology, nucleic acid hybridization and RT-PCR diagnosis of canine distemper virus (CDV) have been established. These methods in sensitivity and specificity were higher compared with the traditional methods, especially in the earlier period of CDV infection when the animal body can't develop an immune response.

Effects of different feed intake on Huangyu broilers were tested under low temperature in the trial. 432 broilers with similar body weigh at 20 week-old were randomly divided into 4 groups, and respectively fed with different diet level, namely basal diet group (C), basal diet with 2 g feed addition (C+2), basal diet with 4 g feed addition (C+4) and basal diet with 6 g feed addition (C+6). Statistics in egg production rate and egg weight indicated that, in the experimental period, there was no difference between experimental group and basal diet group in egg production rat (P〉0.05), but C+6 in egg weight was higher than that of C (P〈0.05). However, there was no marked difference between C and the other groups in body weight again (P〉0.05). in conclusion, application of addition into feed intake wouht improve the productivity of Huangyu broilers under low temperature to a degree.

In the trial, MTF methods was applied to examine cytotoxie activity of dandelion extract in vitro on mouse maerophages after stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the objective was to determine the dose of non-cytotoxicity, meanwhile nitric oxide (NO) release in LPS-stimulated maerophages was determined by Griess method to provide a basis for further study. The resuhs showed that dandelion extract is not eytotoxic to LPS-stimulated macrophages with the dosage of no more than lmg/mL. 0.25-1 mg/mL dandelion extract has obvious inhibitory effect on NO release in LPS-stimulated mouse macrophages with the relation of dose-dependent and time-dependent.

It takes the important role in improving and enhancing immune response for adjuvant. Adjuvant not only can change immune function and recruit macrophages to swallow antigens (Ag), but also it can change configuration of Ag, and promote its decrease and enhance its immunogenicity. Even it can extend the stored time for Ag in texture, and educe immune cells to produce synergistic effect. Based on the above mentioned, the several common adjuvant and DNA vaccine adjuvant were introduced in the article.
