Abstract: With the continuous development of agriculture and rural economy,the macro-environment of agricultural production has undergone profound changes. As the basic organizational form of agricultural development under the new situation ,specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers plays a positive role in the development of agriculture and rural economy. The development status of specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers in Baoding City of Hebei Province was mainly studied. The existing problems of the specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers in Baoding City were analyzed and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
