Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of goat placental transfer factor injection（GPTF） on non-special immunological regulating function, chicken RBC phagocytosis test, carbon clearance test and release of immune medium by macrophage induced with GPTF were carried out. The results showed that GPTF could advance the phagocytosis of macrophage to engulf chicken RBC, improve the indexes of clearance and phagocytosis of immune system of tested mice, and increase macrophage secretary of NO and IL-1. It is indicated that GPTF possesses a role to regulate the non-specific immunity in animals.
