Abstract: Phytase is widely used in feed and food industry. However, there are no research reports on patents distribution ol phytase technology. Rere, we analyze patents application situation associated vdth ph2ctase at home and abroad from the aspects of trends in patents application, nation and applicant distribution of phytase patents and we also introduce the current status of phytase patents technology, so as to provide some references for the relevant enterprises and research institutions in China.
