Abstract: Under the same rearing condition and concentrate consumption, the crossbreds of Nubian Goat and Longlin Goat were fed to appetite with 4 varieties of herbage, and the feeding effect of 4 varieties of herbage was compared. The results showed that ＂Guicao NO. 1 Wangcao＂ exhibited the best fattening effect which produced the highest daily gain and best economic benefit. It is indicated that the ＂Guicao NO.1 Wangcao＂ is the good quality herbage varieties for goats breeding in Guangxi and has great extension value in this region.
