智慧农业时空“一张图”管理平台建设综述

摘要: 为优化农业资源配置、宏观决策与调控、产业融合及示范应用提供空间数据支撑和决策支持。基于面向微服务的系统架构的方法,利用云计算、大数据、移动互联、3S、物联网等现代化技术,在统一的运维管理、技术标准和安全保障体系的支撑和约束下,建立智慧农业时空“一张图”平台,实现了分散、多源、异构的农业地理空间数据的规范管理、存储、展示、应用与共享。平台通过各类农业空间数据有机整合、挖掘学习及扩展,实现了“以图管地、以图防灾、以图管产、以图智农”。

Abstract: Based on the service-oriented system architecture method and IRP,and using cloud computing,big data,mobile interconnection,3S,Internet of Things and other modern technologies,the “One map” platform for smart agriculture in space-time was built.It was established to achieve decentralized,multi-source,heterogeneous agricultural geospatial data for standard management,storage,display,application and sharing of data.The “One map” platform realizes “land management by map,disaster prevention by map,production management by map,intelligent agriculture by map.” It achieves this by the organic integration,mining,learning and expansion of various types of agricultural spatial data, in order to support optimizing the allocation of agricultural resources,macro-decision-making and regulation,as well as industrial integration and demonstration application.
