Abstract: The development of green vegetables is different from the ordinary vegetables.It is a construction for a tremendous industrial system which is integrative technology application combined with advanced management science. This article expounded the development of green vegetables on two aspects that are meaning and way. The meaning of green vegetables development includes ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit. This article also pointed that the way of green vegetables development also includes the following factors： build steady productive base for green vegetables;build scientific and normalized productive procedures for green vegetables;build precise industrial system and develop the green vegetables by high and new technology.
