摘要： 文章首先对农业科技成果转化率相关概念进行阐述．其后介绍中国现行的农业科技成果转化运行机制和转化率现状。针对现状．分别从农业科技成果的供给需求和科技成果转化运行机制两个方面分析揭示制约科技成果转化、导致转化率低的原因。最后，结合国外提高农业科技成果转化率的经验，给出提高中国农业科技成果转化率的对策。
Abstract: This article begins to expatiating upon the principles about transformation ration of agricultural science and technology achievements.And then,it followed by the analysis of domestic current situation in operational mechanism and transformation ratio.Focusing on the side of needs and mechanism of agricultural achievements respectively,the reasons restraining scientific transformation and resulting low transformation ratio are revealed. Finally,the article gives proposals about how to raise domestic transformation ratio of agricultural science and technology achievements according to that of oversea experiences.
