Abstract: At present our country is facing multiple pressures,for instance ,population,resources,environment,etc,water scarcity,environmental deterioration and other issues have become increasingly. How to determine layout of construction projects scientifically rational and coordinate various relationships of water resources development, utilization.saving and protection with the scientific view of development for solve contradictions between water resources demand and supply ,development and protection effectively, these put forward higher requirement on depth and breadth of water resources demonstration work .Executing water resources demonstration system strictly and enhancing demonstration level have become the important content of water resources management work.
