我国华北地区海红果生产现状及发展前景

Present Status and Prospect of the Fruit of Malus Micromalus Makino Production in North China

摘要: 通过对华北地区海红果生产现状进行详尽调研,认为:海红果主要分布在黄河中游晋、陕、蒙接壤的黄土丘陵沟壑地区,果实中含有丰富的营养物质。目前,海红果产后主要的贮藏方式是自然缓冻贮藏,其加工种类多样,但市场上海红果的产品较少,开发海红果资源有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract: We come to the conclusion through a detailed investigation in the North China and collecting of relevant information about the fruit of Malus micromalus Makino which is:the fruit of Malus micromalus Makino Mainly distributed in area of hills and ravine in province of Shanxi,Shanxi and Inner Mongolian in middle reaches of Yellow River, the fruit is rich in nutrient.at present, freezing slowly is a main way of the fruit of Malus micromalus Makino storage methods,it has a good many ways of processing,but there are seldom products on market,exploitating the fruit of Malus micromalus Makino resources has a extensive market prospects.
