Abstract: The paper investigates the meaning and characteristics of ecotourism,the basic rules and significance of ecotourism development in underdeveloped region.It also analyses the favorable and unfavorable conditions of ecotourism development in Erguna city,the typical underdeveloped region.Furthermore,some suggestion and programming have been put forward.For examples,with the precondition of environmental protection,how to develop the resource touring ,expand customer markets and foster professionals.
