Abstract: Speeding the development is the initial mission of Constructing harmonious society in south mountain areas of Ningxia, but the quickly development of this region faces the serious ecological crisis,if neglect the protection of the ecological environment will obstruct the economic development. Therefore, constructing harmonious society needs harmonious development of the economy,society and the ecological environment.In this paper,we insist to the method of eco-economy guide our action according to the factual condition of the South mountain areas in Ningxia. So we put forward the strategy of constructingharmonious society.The purpose is that we want to propel our region all-around, balanced, contiuuative development in order to achieve the purpose of harmony.
