Abstract: The prairie is the main body of natural vegetation in Ningxia.Ma-lan-orchid prairie is the one grassland of having good quality of tourism landscape and development potential of tourism in Ningxia. So this paper takes Ma-lan-orchid prairie as an example, analyzing its present situation of tourism resource ,pointing out its problem of development nowadays ,and putting forward some proposals to provide some scientific foundation for the development of the tourism in Ma-lan-orchid prairie. It can service for the local economy, the social and ecological construction ;Also the Ma-lan-orchid prairie can provide suggestion for the Ningxia prairie tourism through the development of eco-tourism .
